I’ve lived in Alabama for 9 years now and never heard of white BBQ sauce – curiosity having got the better of me I checked it out and found a website, “White Trash BBQ” where someone mentioned they had some white BBQ in northern Alabama. I’m in Lower Alabama, so maybe that explains it. Now I’m anxious to try and find some.
@Laurie: Uhhh…not me. Mayonnaise-based “barbecue”? No thanks…
