7 Influential Books in My Life

Just as happened with my list of “The Ten Coolest Things I’ve Done”, it’s highly conceivable that I’ll remember a book or three that should have made this list, in which case I’ll update the post.  That said, seven books that have influenced me greatly, books I highly recommend to you:

The Most Influential Books I’ve Ever Read (besides the Bible)

  • The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis
  • Mere Christianity, by C.S. Lewis
  • To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee
  • Amusing Ourselves to Death, by Neil Postman
  • Slouching Toward Gomorrah, by Robert Bork
  • Idols for Destruction, by Herbert Schlossberg
  • Decision Making and the Will of God, by Garry Friesen
