					<description><![CDATA[I was just listening to an economist talking about how we tend to think in percentages.  In a lot of cases that is true.  However, as numbers get larger, I think we find the math too difficult and just say the differences are big numbers.  If you look at the percentages above, it is clear that the new payment arrangement is rewarding to anyone who contributed, with more rewards to larger contribution.  But, when the brain farts and you just look at dollar value adjustments, the greater contributor looks to unfairly benefit.

So, I can easily understand why people think this initially, but that gives them no excuse to ignore the reality.]]></description>
