Senate Passes $410 Billion Spending Bill
I’m wondering how many folks are still left who think that our new president represents “change”, because this looks an awful lot like the same old, same old, from both the Republicrats and the Demicans.
I wondered why Richard Shelby and Thad Cochran, ostensibly conservatives, would back this porker of a bill–then I read this, and had my answer. Shelby runs a reasonably close second to Porky Byrd. Six of the top ten porkers in this bill are Republicans.
