Not according to this article, which suggests the ole Flip is wiling to Jello himself into whatever position would seem to be advantageous at the moment. I just don’t really trust the guy.

    Gov. Huckabee is on a rapid slide on out of the election at this point. Will he be invited to be a VP?

    I said “McCain/Huckabee” (or “Huckabee/McCain”) several weeks ago. I stand by that, although Charlie Crist might be an interesting running mate, given that he’d deliver Florida to McCain.

    Huckabee would draw Evangelicals, social-issue conservatives, and represent the South. And he wouldn’t be a Dan Quayle-type embarassment.
